About

Welcome, my name is Daniel, I specialise in working with anxiety, depression or Complex Mental Health Difficulties. Despair and turmoil is often a result of difficulties with love, loss and complex personal relationships. I offer a place to talk about it, where suffering and turmoil can lead to insight, empowerment, problem solving, self-acceptance and a freedom to choose your own path and constructively manage your life experiences. Book your free Mental Health Assessment and take the first step towards developing a positive self- image, healthy relationships and a more gratifying life.
I am an Existential-Analytic Psychotherapist. More specifically, I am someone who ignites change and helps individuals move towards a positive self- image, healthy relationships and a more gratifying life.
I am dedicated to helping my clients understand the difficulties in their relational patterns so they can begin to develop a more deep and meaningful connection with themselves and with the people in their life.

Daniel James Thomas-Wallis's Groups

Group Therapy for Depression & Anxiety

Group therapy is a highly effective treatment for depression. A Counselling/Psychotherapy group is an organic relational experience, where both worldly and group struggles are expressed and explored at relational depths. Through the facilitation of dialogue the group becomes a holding support network that re-writes the narrative of depression and fosters nurturing relationships while reducing feelings of isolation, alienation and shame.
