I have been working as a therapist for five years, working with a diverse client base and range of presenting issues including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties and more. My therapeutic style is considered integrative, but is closest to person-centred. This means our sessions may look conversational rather than clinical, and I will provide an environment that feels safe, non-judgemental and open to dialogue. Therapy may be challenging at times, and I aim to make those challenges manageable.
