I work with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ adults who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck in patterns that don’t make sense from the outside.
Many people come to me dealing with masking, identity questions, relationship strain, emotional overload, or the long‑term impact of not feeling understood.
My style is warm, steady and conversational. No jargon, no judgement, no pressure to perform. Just a calm space where you can slow down, make sense of things, and be met as you are. I’m ND‑affirming, LGBTQ+‑affirming, trauma‑aware, and experienced in supporting autistic, ADHD and AuDHD clients.
You don’t need a clear goal before starting. Some people want to understand themselves better; others want support with anxiety, boundaries, communication or the effects of past experiences. We’ll work at your pace and focus on what actually feels useful.
I also offer ND‑affirming and LGBTQ+ couples therapy, including mixed‑neurotype relationships. The aim isn’t to “fix” anyone, but to help you understand each other more clearly and build a way of relating that works for both of you.
