I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist with many years' experience supporting people through periods of uncertainty, distress, and transition. I offer a calm, thoughtful space to explore your feelings, patterns, relationships, and the parts of yourself that may feel conflicted or hard to reach. People come to me with anxiety, low mood, overwhelm, identity or relationship issues, sexuality, family dynamics, bereavement, or questions of meaning. I have experience with ADHD and ASD, helping people develop a more compassionate understanding of themselves. We work at your pace toward clarity, confidence, and emotional steadiness.

I also work with people navigating complex family histories, including adoption, blended families, and questions of identity and belonging. Finally, I support those struggling with addictive or compulsive patterns, including gay men navigating chemsex.

Therapy can be open‑ended or time‑limited, depending on what you need. Sessions are once or twice weekly, providing the continuity and depth needed for lasting change. My style is steady, observant, and collaborative: we think together, explore what feels difficult, and attend to the deeper emotional and historical threads shaping your life today.

Individual Sessions £120

Payment Methods

American Express, Cash, Mastercard, Visa

Sessions are £120 for 'off-peak' sessions and start at £150 standard. Off-peak is Mon-Fri 9-12pm and 2-5pm. Payment in cash or by card at the start of each session or by payment link for remote working. I can issue receipts for insurance claim purposes but am not associated with any insurers.
