I have over 12 years of qualifications and experience working with addictions, anxiety, emotional issues, self-esteem, communication issues, depression, obsessive thoughts, relationship issues, eating disorders, career problems and existential issues. I can help you clarify your values and we can work to set goals for your life.
I can offer you therapy in English and Spanish. My main approaches are Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, ACT, Positive Psychology, Emotions and Mindfulness. I provide therapy for individuals, couples, relatives or groups. I offer therapy from Monday to Friday from 8:45 am to 9:30 pm.
