I work with adults experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, childhood or relational trauma, identity exploration, and relationship difficulties. My approach is integrative, drawing on Gestalt, Person-Centred, CBT, and somatic practices. Therapy with me is supportive, grounded, and human. There’s no pressure to perform or have everything figured out.
We’ll focus on what feels most important to you, helping you understand your emotional responses, develop greater awareness, and experiment with new ways of responding rather than feeling stuck in old patterns.
