Why no picture? I like to meet my clients online during our first session so both start on the same page! I aim offer online therapy at a lower-cost. I'm particularly keen to support trainee counsellors in obtaining their therapy hours, however am also happy to consult with any individual to find out if I am able to offer the right support for your concern or needs. I am a fully qualified integrative practitioner; this means I use different methods to support my clients reach their therapeutic goals. Why low cost? I understand how expensive therapy is and how limited access is right now for some people so keep my costs low.
I have a Masters in Research Psychology working in child development, as well as teaching, mentoring, outreach, coaching, and university lecturing. I am an accredited member of the BACP. Whether it's overthinking, intrusive thoughts, or more clinical disorders, I am happy to offer counselling or direct you to some further support.
Sometimes it can feel very difficult making that first step to speak to a counsellor, so I like to remind my clients that we start my just talking. In my practice, there is no shame around mental health; we all have it, and we need to look after it. If you need to talk, its my job as a counsellor to listen, so there is no need to worry about what to expect.
