I offer a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly, feel understood, and begin moving toward where you’d like to be. I work with adults (18+) with issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and life changes. I work with couples who want to strengthen their connection, understand each other more fully, or navigate challenges together. This might mean exploring patterns of communication, reconnecting emotionally, or simply finding a space to be heard and understood. I also offer a free 20-minute consultation so you can get a sense of whether working together feels right for you.
I care deeply about people not just talking about change, but actually feeling it in their daily lives. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is hearing clients say their perspective or approach has begun to shift - that something has landed or altered in a way that really matters to them.
I work from a person-centred foundation and integrate other approaches when they support deeper understanding or the changes you’re hoping for. I’ll be alongside you - open, steady, and honest - helping you notice patterns, explore what’s beneath the surface, and show up exactly as you are.
