I am an Integrative counsellor. I am here to walk alongside and support you, to work together to find the best outcome we can for any concerns you may have concerning your past, present or future. Offering a safe, confidential space for you to explore your emotions, feelings and any concerns. Sharing empathy, understanding and non judgement together we can find that inner strength for you to be able to move forward with a clearer mindset, regaining your self worth and inner confidence. I have worked with adults, teens, children and young people, trauma, domestic, CPTSD, PTSD, abuse and addiction. You are not alone.
I have worked with children, teens as well as adults for many years. With concerns and worries around teen pregnancy, anxiety, grief, depression, addiction, miscarriage, LGBTQ, PTSD, CPTSD, DV, DA, anger and childhood trauma. For some of us just talking isn't enough, within our time together we can explore what works best for you. This is your space.
I am here to offer you a safe, confidential space for you to just be yourself no expectations just time for you to take a minute to breathe and explore any emotions, concerns or worries with your own individual needs. Where you can be listened to, heard and seen, whilst being supported with warmth and understanding. This is your time your space to just be.
