I’m a registered Creative Psychotherapist who works extensively with talking therapy. I have 25 years experience working with individuals &groups. Some of the issues I help people with are stuckness, anxiety, depression, identity, relationships and loneliness.
I offer my therapy service online and face to face at my practice in London Bridge, as well as walk & talk. I offer you a comfortable and confidential environment where you will feel respected, safe and not judged. I work with you as an individual working towards a more settled and fulfilling life. I see each person as a unique being and I work with people, not with problems.
I offer talking therapy but can also offer other creative ways of supporting you through therapy, should you wish to. The therapy is always client led and conducted in a comfortable, welcoming and relaxed environment. I see each person as a unique being and I work in a holistic way - I work with people, not with problems.
Dealing with many of life’s difficult issues and events such as bereavement, relationship breakdown, issues at work, with family or friends, uncertainty of the future or coming to terms with something from the past can leave us with feelings of stress, anxiety or depression.
