Counselling can help you to understand why you are feeling and behaving the way you do. Help unpick what is going on for you and help understand the anxiety that may occur when these are confronted. I'm a fully qualified counsellor, trained primarily in Person-Centred Therapy but I am flexible in my approach and draw on other types of therapy, which centres around you as an individual rather than a set of symptoms. If you need a more practical approach, we can include creative approaches and psychoeducation.
I offer the opportunity to both adults and young people, to explore your emotions and thoughts in a safe and confidential space. I do not claim to hold all the answers, but I will work with you in a non-directive and supportive ways so that over time you can begin to understand yourself in a more authentic, and meaningful way.
