I am a senior psychologist with specialist experience in helping individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related problems (including PTSD and CTPSD) and stress issues. I also have additional training in helping individuals tackle sleep problems.
I offer evidence-based interventions, including EMDR, conventional Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi) and Mindfulness-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
My approach is collaborative and practical; think of it as like having a gym coach, but for your mind. I want to help you to make changes in your life, and equip you with skills and mental strength, flexibility and resilience.
