My clients are often adults navigating anxiety, depression, disordered eating, addiction, relationship difficulties, grief, heartbreak, or the lingering impact of early trauma. Some arrive in crisis; others have the quieter feeling that something in their life or identity no longer fits. Many are thoughtful, self-reflective people who want to understand themselves more deeply and change patterns that no longer serve them.

I am a trainee integrative psychotherapist, and addiction/eating disorder specialist, with several years of experience in recovery and clinical settings after 3 years at a leading rehabilitation centre. My approach draws on different therapeutic perspectives depending on your needs, to help you express your difficulties with curiosity ad compassion.

Therapy is not about being “fixed”. It is about creating a space where you can think, feel and speak openly, sometimes for the first time. Within a consistent and supportive therapeutic relationship, it becomes possible to understand yourself more clearly, develop new ways of relating to your emotions, and move forward with greater agency and self-trust.
