I offer both children and adults counselling. If life has thrown a curve ball or issues are pastoral, I offer a non judgemental space for you. Presenting issues that I work with are: all types of Abuse, Adverse Childhood Experiences, Anxiety, Low mood, Depression, Overwhelm, ADHD & Autism, Affairs and betrayals, Anger, Anxiety, panic attacks & social anxiety, Bereavement & loss (including suicide bereavement), Bullying, Burnout & work-related stress, Chronic illness, relationships, intimacy, Low confidence & self-esteem, Financial worries, Self-harm, Separation & divorce, Sexual assault & trauma, Suicidal thoughts.
I work collaboratively to build strong therapeutic alliance. I welcome and respect individuals from all ages, backgrounds, cultures, religions, genders, sexualities, additional needs, and neurodiversity. I hold a space where clients can be their authentic selves to reconnect, realign and create positive outcomes for themselves and their being.
I am extremely passionate about mental health and I have worked in highly-intense supporting roles, for all of my working life. Being part of the solution for clients is something I am deeply passionate about.
