I have many years of experience working with a variety of client issues. I believe that we all have the potential to bring about positive change in our lives whatever our past experiences and therefore I always seek to provide hope. It is a particular delight to work with clients who reflect on the sessions between appointments however I am aware that for many individuals attending sessions can be well outside their comfort zone. I therefore adopt a gentle, encouraging approach allowing clients to work at their own pace.

People who are finding every day a real struggle with strong, even overwhelming feelings of depression, anxiety, stress, anger. At the other end of the spectrum are some who may have feelings of dissatisfaction a sense that they are not getting all they want in their lives. I believe that all of us want to strive to be happier and more fulfilled than we currently are. We want to feel a connection with other people and to have a sense of well being and connection with the world around us.

I know from my own experience that it is not easy to face trauma. From my own experience, outwardly, I was showing my strong self. Full of confidence and resilience, to please the society that is often judgemental about how I presented myself. I behaved in a manner people around me expected – to be strong and to rise above what had happened and be that bigger person. Deep down, however, I was experiencing something very different. I was losing confidence in myself and began to experience shame – a painful feeling that I was somehow flawed, broken and unworthy of love and belonging.

You’re successful on the outside but overwhelmed inside. Anxiety, overthinking, or compulsive habits are draining your confidence and affecting your relationships, focus, sleep, or wellbeing. You want clarity, emotional balance, and the ability to feel in control again—without turning your life upside down or stepping away from everything you’ve built. You want to actually enjoy the life you’ve worked so hard for.
