As an integrative psychotherapist, I adopt a direct approach. My focus is your need for change, not to simply send you away feeling better in the moment, Therapy shouId not meander. I work with my clients to understand the root of negative ways of thinking/behaving. By understanding the reasons for these thoughts/feelings/behaviours you can begin to hold these parts of you with compassion, allowing yourself to accept they are no longer needed, allowing yourself to live in the present, free of the influence of these patterns of thinking/behaving.
