I am a big believer that everyone is enough as they are. That being said, many of us will have things that we would like to work on and possibly change. Whether that is how we respond to certain situations or people, getting out of a familiar pattern that isn’t helpful to us or learning to build and hold boundaries.
There’s no such thing as a ‘right way’ to do therapy. Openness and a safe therapeutic relationship are the key to exploring what’s going on. Sometimes it can feel easier to work in creative ways, particularly if we don’t have the words to describe what’s going on for us. We can walk that path together.
Working from HU8, HU19 & HU5 locations as well as online, I offer a calm, safe space for you to explore your situation without judgement.
Although my client work has been varied and I am happy to work with most presentations, I have a particular interest in how our early childhood experience forms how we are in the world today: with others and ourselves.
