We have availability in our expert team now for child/family and adult therapy. We recognise that reaching out for help can be a big step. I run Cura Psychology, Lichfield's most established independent clinical psychology, therapy and counselling practice. We are a bespoke team of highly skilled and experienced mental health professionals offering CBT, ACT, trauma treatments, DDP, theraplay, music therapy/art therapy and creative therapies and parenting advice as well as assessments for ADHD and Autism; delivered within a warm and collaborative therapeutic relationship in our beautiful suite. As a clinical psychologist in the UK, my training involves a minimum of six years at University and considerable supervised practiced before formal qualification. This means that I can offer a range of psychological approaches to both adults and children and tailor my approach to fit you, the client.

Attachment parenting group for mums
Join this small supportive online space for mum’s who want to give their child the gifts they never had. Do you want to feel calmer, more connected to your child and challenge your inherited parenting story? Are you looking to parent differently ? Changing the parenting script is hard and courageous but can be done. I know! This group will help. Running for 10 weeks for 11/2 a week it will give you tools to use with your child and personal insights to support you to be the mum you long to be.
