Do you feel overwhelmed, anxious, struggling to cope? Are you feeling lost, uncertain and alone? You may find yourself functioning in life, but feel less engaged or less 'present'. Maybe life feels like an upward struggle, work and relationships feel less fulfilling perhaps? The anticipation of loss, judgement and being labelled vulnerable or weak can feel like a huge barrier and prevent you sharing your feelings or seeking support.
I want to offer that you are not alone, to reach out and share that no matter how lost you feel, there is a way. Like you, I don’t have it all figured out but I understand how transformative counselling can be. This is a safe space to pause, reflect and to consider 'possibility' as you challenge those inner battles and clarify those conflicting feelings.
I am a qualified Person-Centred Psychotherapist and hold a BA in Counselling studies. I am also a fully registered member of the BACP and keep up to date with training through CPD. The initial appointment will give you the opportunity to meet me, discuss your expectations and see if I am the right therapist for you. I very much look forward to meeting you.
