Hi, my name is Csilla, I am a qualified counsellor, I welcome you in a safe and confidential space to work with me either in person or online. Whatever is that you are going through, whether you are feeling anxious, depressed or if you are experiencing problems or difficulties either in your personal life or at work, we can explore these safely and confidentially. In therapy every feeling, thought or sensation you might feel is welcome.
I work in an integrative way, mainly using person centred approach, internal family systems approach and somatic approaches. But most importantly I will be focusing on your unique situation, so first we can explore how we might work together, talk about what you need and discuss some particularities you may like to explore or focus on.
Therapy is your space, where I will do my best to be there for you. You are warmly welcome in a relaxed atmosphere, whether we work together online or in person.
