As a fully accredited psychotherapist, I understand that trauma can leave you feeling stuck in painful relationship patterns - it can bring anxiety, a sense of dread and unsafe, or feeling numb and empty. Perhaps you want to understand yourself more deeply, feel more confident, and find a greater sense of peace and freedom from its impact. I’m a psychodynamic counsellor/psychotherapist based in Newington, Edinburgh, offering both in-person and online therapy. I specialise in helping people heal from childhood and sexual trauma, and from feeling anxious, disconnected, or struggling with self-worth and trust in relationships.

My approach is gentle, steady, non-judgemental, and deeply human. I’m here to understand what lies beneath the surface - your stories, fears, and emotional patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others. We will work together to understand these deeper roots, helping you find relief, clarity, self-compassion, and lasting change.
