I specialise in helping with issues related to sexual violence/abuse, and identity (such as feeling different, lost or alone, body image concerns, or illness). I am also experienced in counselling LGBTQ+ individuals and students, and the issues they face. Drawing from my experience working with trauma, I adopt a trauma-informed approach in my practice.

I'm here to provide a safe space for you to talk, think, reflect, and heal. Life's challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to face them alone. Therapy offers a supportive path forward.
