I am a dual qualified BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and registered Social Worker. I use evidence-based psychological approaches to support adults to learn simple, practical, and effective techniques to help them cope better and keep moving forwards. My methods are based on deep pool of scientific research into behavioural, cognitive, emotional, neurobiological, and evolutionary principles. I am also qualified as an EMDR Therapist. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychotherapy treatment that was originally designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories.
I provide an honest, approachable, down to earth, and empowering therapy. I know sometimes people can find the prospect of therapy unnerving, I try hard to make people feel at ease by delivering therapy in an open and common-sense way.
