If your mental health has been compromised lately, you are in the right place. Making your emotional and physical wellbeing a priority, is a good place for us to start. Currently I work closely with bereaved clients and support them through their grief process. Talking through loss in a non-judgemental space is known to be therapeutic. I am also trained in working with clients suffering with PTSD. Trauma can be caused by many reasons and exploring this openly and honestly can aid in restoration.
My specialism is integrative counselling, meaning we can cover a variety of topics that are brought into your session. I alternate between person-centred, CBT and psychodynamic modalities. Offering a bespoke service to meet your individual needs. By maintaining a secure environment, the professional relationship can develop, ensuring the best outcomes.
