Please note: Due to extended leave, I am unable to accept new referrals until 10th June. I believe in offering a relationship which has, at its heart, a respect for the individual & willingness to listen in a non judgemental way. I have worked extensively with most issues that clients bring but particularly anxiety, depression & relationship difficulties. By offering a space that is confidential & safe, I hope you feel empowered to understand your situation in a clearer way, making choices and decisions that feel right for you.
No difficulty or issue is too small...if it's important to you then it's important to me. There is no pressure to talk about anything that is uncomfortable or difficult. I do not fix an agenda. I offer concessionary rates. Do feel able to enquire. I am happy to consider all circumstances in order to make counselling accessible.
Accessing counselling can feel a daunting prospect. I will do all I can to help you feel at ease with what you want to share. I am happy to answer any questions you may have or discuss how counselling may be helpful by email / telephone. I can also offer a half hour preliminary session for you to explore if counselling is right for your situation.
