I support adults and young people facing different challenges, such as anxiety, depression, anger, relationship issues, low self-esteem, neurodivergence, and identity. My qualification in Rewind trauma therapy, aims to help people experiencing PTSD and trauma and heal deeply. We will work together to process your struggles, restoring hope and strength.
I provide counselling in English and Romanian languages, and I aim to create a safe and comfortable environment where you can share your story and engage in the therapeutic proces, without the fear of judgment.
