My clients choose to see me to help them address specific issues or to explore their thoughts and feelings in particular moments in their lives. Whatever the reason I offer them a confidential space where they can allow themselves to open up as much as they are comfortable with. Often issues are linked to self-esteem, self-worth and the difficulty to fully accept oneself. Clients are often able to become more confident in themselves and in relationships as they learn how to be more compassionate and kind to themselves. Therapy can help clients become happier, more fulfilled and successful in their life journey.
The main focus in my work as a therapist is Attachment. Our current difficulties very often stem from our early experiences with our caregivers. These early relationships have an impact on people's present behaviours, affects and relational patterns. I help clients explore the origins of their current difficulties and together we work through them.
Part of my work often focuses on inner child processes and elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS). Additional elements include working with sexuality, sexual identity and sexual issues which often impact relationships and how people are in the world. I offer an initial consultation at £60.
