Trying to make sense of feelings and emotions in times of stress and change can be challenging. SandStory Therapy and/or clay therapy can enable better awareness of the underlying difficulties. As a creative therapy, we work together to help you 'observe' your individual story in the sand to gain clarity and meaning. Clay also enables deep exploration and understanding of what is being expressed from your unconscious.
Emotional Logic (EL) coaching is a self-development method providing you with lifelong tools to help when engaging with new and unpredictable situations, and can be used alongside or separately as you choose.
Additionally I am a PTUK certified Play and Creative Arts Therapist and Counsellor working with children and adolescents from ages 4 to 18 (24 with SEND). I'm also an Advanced SandStory Therapist and Emotional Logic Coach. I support a range of difficulties, use a trauma informed approach and understand the challenges of neurodivergence
I provide counselling with creative arts for young people aged 10 and over - talking sometimes feels difficult, so a client-led choice is important when processing and expressing difficulties, from low self-esteem, self-harm, to relational issues. A range of art and craft equipment, clay and sand is available.
