Maybe you’ve been carrying something for a long time, something you’ve never quite said out loud to anyone. It might be an exhausting pattern you keep returning to. A part of yourself that feels like too much, or not enough. Something about who you are, your sexuality, your identity, your history, that you’ve never fully brought into the light.
I work with people navigating addiction and recovery, including chemsex; childhood trauma and shame; and questions around sexuality and gender. These aren’t separate territories to me. I know how deeply they can overlap and how tiring it is to hold them alone.
I offer a warm, steady, non-judgmental space where you don’t need to arrive with the right words or a clear sense of what’s wrong. Working relationally and creatively, I follow what feels alive for you rather than a fixed script. Sessions are online, £50, with a free 15-minute call to start.
You don’t need to have it figured out before you reach out. Many people I work with have never spoken to anyone about what they’re carrying and that’s exactly where we begin. If anything here felt familiar, I’d welcome a conversation. There’s no commitment, just a chance to see if it feels right.
