Maybe you’ve tried CBT, you even did all the homework. Or you might have tried the person-centred sessions, and possibly any number of other ‘modalities’, but something is still blocking you. You’re stuck and now what are you supposed to do? Well maybe I can be the person to meet you where you are now, and connect with who you are now. Helping shift your inner dynamic to a healthier place of self-reflection and awareness. It's never a one-size-fits-all process, and the unique relationship between us is where courage is developed for the deep work to take place and where I believe the real catalyst for change resides.

My approach draws on many sources of knowledge and inspiration; from contemporary psychodynamic theory and Jungian informed dreamwork, to ancient wisdom traditions and their rich mythic framing of the inner territory of psyche. My focus is helping you bring to light unconscious patterns that are creating problems in your current life situation.

Openness, curiosity and an overarching faith in our ability to delve deep and gain awareness through this process are the attributes and energy I bring into the space between us, where a trusting relationship is crucial to help make sense of interpersonal wounds and illuminate sources of personal pain that can manifest as anxiety, shame or depression.
