It’s not easy to find the ‘right’ person to connect with, to share your thoughts and feelings, especially in this digital world we all find ourselves thrust into here and now. But we have to search somewhere and I’m grateful for your attention right now. Therapy can be an enriching way to help investigate symptoms causing you distress, and if we really connect we can explore the root of these symptoms and what they may be communicating about aspects of your self. It’s never a one-size-fits-all process as the unique relationship between us is where the deep work takes place and is, in my opinion, the real catalyst for change.

My approach to therapy draws on many sources of inspiration and knowledge; from contemporary psychodynamic theory and Jungian informed dreamwork, to ancient wisdom traditions and their rich mythic frameworks. My focus is helping you bring to light unconscious patterns that may be holding you back or creating problems in your current life situation.

Openness, curiosity and an overarching faith in our ability to delve deep and gain awareness through this process are the attributes and energy I bring into the space between us. Here a trusting relationship is crucial to help make sense of interpersonal wounds and illuminate sources of personal pain, be that shame, anxiety, despair or depression.
