Hi, I’m Craig. I am an integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, with experience of using Yoga for anxiety and depression, based in Manchester. I care about helping people navigate those sticky and uncomfortable moments in life. For most of my adult life, I’ve felt a pull towards the helping professions. This pull led me to the realms of counselling, psychotherapy and yoga. I’ve found the tools and skills from these realms transformative in my own development and growth, and in others. I take an integrative approach, bringing concepts, skills and techniques from the psychotherapeutic, yogic and spiritual spheres.
When working together we’ll build a relationship which will serve you in the best possible way. I believe we all have the knowledge and wisdom to bring healing into our lives. I will do my best to encourage you to flourish and grow by creating an environment where you can gently, safely and kindly exist
I offer in-person sessions within the centre of Manchester (M1 2AP), Failsworth (M35 0LE), Shaw (OL2 8PH) and remote/online sessions via Zoom. Sessions are 50 minutes long, can be on a short (single session) or long-term basis. I offer a free 10-minute Teams session to allow us both to connect and answer any questions.
