I am a Practitioner Psychologist, Integrative Psychotherapist, EMDR Therapist, and Clinical Supervisor with extensive experience supporting individuals with mild-to-severe psychological difficulties across a number of clinical settings (NHS and private sector). Alongside my private clinical work, I work in academia as a researcher and Director of Studies for a Doctoral Programme.
My area of speciality is working with complex trauma and PTSD. Although trained in a number of modalities, my practice is largely informed by psychodynamic theory and trauma theory.
