Counselling in CR3
I believe strongly in each person’s capacity for growth, and I’m passionate about supporting people as they develop and move towards their full potential. My background includes working within the charity sector, supporting individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, as well as working with people and families affected by the criminal justice system. These experiences have taught me how important it is to meet each person with empathy, respect, and understanding.

You might be holding a lot together, managing work, relationships, and other people's expectations, while quietly feeling overwhelmed inside.
On the surface, you may seem capable and composed, but underneath, there might be anxiety, self‑doubt, exhaustion, or a sense that you’ve lost touch with yourself.
Perhaps you’re navigating a transition, carrying the emotional weight of a demanding role, or trying to balance the needs of others with your own.
In our work together, we take the time to explore your inner world with care and curiosity.

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming—whether you're dealing with anxiety, trauma, low mood, relationship difficulties, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. You may find yourself overthinking, struggling with painful memories, or feeling disconnected from who you want to be. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to face these challenges alone.
I work with adolescents (16+) and adults who want to better understand themselves, heal from difficult experiences, and create meaningful change in their lives.
I have a special interest in working with clients with neurodiversity (ADHD/ASC)

Many people come to therapy feeling anxious, stuck, or disconnected from themselves or others.
If you’re looking to start therapy or find a therapist, it can feel daunting, especially if you’re already feeling stuck, and it’s normal to wonder which approach might help.
I offer a warm, reflective, and collaborative space where we can explore what’s holding you back, make sense of patterns keeping you stuck, and focus on what matters most to you.
I work with people facing anxiety difficulties, depression, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, life transitions, self esteem, harsh self criticism and shame based issues.

If you're dealing with trauma, anxiety, grief, or the effects of narcissistic abuse, you're not alone. Sarah (name changed for confidentiality) came to me feeling overwhelmed by past pain and confusion. Together, we uncovered the layers of her trauma, helping her understand her emotions and break free from the grip of the past. Today, Sarah is on a path of rebuilding her life—she's regained clarity and found the peace she thought was out of reach. Like Sarah, you too can break free from past pain, rebuild your life, and find a clearer, more balanced state of mind.
