I offer psychotherapy and creative therapy groups for clients in South Croydon and online. I support people experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, and low self-esteem in a calm, confidential, and compassionate space. I am a psychotherapist in South Croydon and in training at the Philadelphia Association. I work in person and online and, whilst I work with all people, my practice mainly focuses on supporting women, particularly mothers. I take a holistic approach, encouraging my clients to think about how it feels to be them in the world right now.

Something's not working, and you may not have the words for it yet. I work with people who look fine and don't feel it: the ones who get through the week, then sit in the car and can't name what's wrong. And with couples who keep having the same argument in different clothes, or who have gone quiet and don't know how to start again. If you've already had therapy that taught you the names and the pattern still runs, that's often why people find me. You don't need to arrive ready. Psychodynamic therapy in Croydon. Weekly, 50 minutes. Individuals in person or online. Couples in person only, both of you in the room.

Are you struggling with everyday life? Do you sometimes feel it is all you can do to keep your head above the water? Has it been made more complicated by a long-term health condition such as a brain injury, heart event or chronic pain? Do you feel the labels anxiety, depression, ADHD don’t really do justice to how you feel? Hi, I’m Rebekah, a qualified clinical psychologist specialising in neuropsychology and clinical health psychology. I am passionate about compassionately helping people make sense of life – through depression, anxiety, or stress, after a health diagnosis or through neurorehabilitation using evidence-based therapy

I offer a creative, non-judgmental psychotherapeutic relationship in which you can explore your bereavement, significant loss, depression, anxiety or spirituality at your own pace. Bereavement can leave you feeling lost, alone, shattered, stuck, numb, not yourself, fearful of burdening others and feeling unfamiliar to yourself. Depression can be heavy and draining, while anxiety can be too energising and exposing, and both can be isolating and exhausting. Significant losses - of a job, relationship, faith, health, expectations, even illusions (!) - can also be equally challenging as well as opportunities for befriending yourself.

There are times when life can feel difficult to make sense of. You may feel stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself or others, or perhaps something simply doesn’t feel quite right. Sometimes there is a clear reason for seeking therapy; at other times, it can be difficult to put into words. I work with adults experiencing a range of difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, relationship struggles, questions around identity and self-worth, or periods of change and uncertainty. You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what is wrong or what you want from therapy.

I am an experienced bilingual professionally qualified Jungian and psychodynamic psychotherapist specialised in adult psychotherapy. I am passionate about helping people who are going through emotional struggles and need help with their symptoms. Our sessions together imply hard work from both of us in gaining a deeper understanding of yourself. This, in turn, can help create a better and more positive connection with yourself and with the people around you. My understanding of human and psychological development, together with an emphasis on attachment patterns and the psychology of complexes are pillars which support my work.

Hi. Whether you have had previous experience of counselling or are thinking about it for the first time, I know that taking that first step can be a daunting experience. The relationship between you and your counsellor is paramount, so it’s vital that you choose one with whom you feel comfortable. I am passionate about supporting my clients, both in their present circumstances and, where possible, in seeking to achieve the best possible outcomes for their futures. I can offer short-term focussed therapy including EMDR as well as longer term talking therapy. Sessions can be in person in my therapy room in Hayes, or online.
