Daytime, evening and Saturday appointments offered. Let me start by saying I believe no part of you is wrong, faulty or irrational - and I want to help you understand why you're responding to things in the way that you do. You may be struggling with how you feel about yourself, or having challenges in close relationships. This could present as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, anger, issues with alcohol/drugs or food, or other challenging behaviours. I particularly value working with people who feel very deeply, or have been told that they are 'too' sensitive, known as Highly Sensitive People (HSPs.)
I offer a confidential, non judgmental and authentic space, where you're encouraged to be your full, messy self - and I'm myself too. I've supported people with substance use issues, (theirs, or another person's), depression, anxiety, bereavement, physical, emotional and/or sexual abuse, life transitions, navigating neurodivergence & academic challenges.
Whilst I will deepen your self-understanding, I won't push you to discuss things you don't want to. Together, we'll compassionately explore what it is that has shaped and continues to shape you, to help you uncover the best path for your present and future. Find out more about my substantial mental health experience on my website linked to on this page.
