Experienced Counsellor and Mother-Daughter Coach, primarily offering a range of therapies to teens, young adults and students who may be struggling with exam stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, sexuality, identity and the many other issues commonly faced by these age groups. I have gained substantial experience helping young people with their problems across the schools counselling service in Primary, Post Primary and Special Education. I also work with adults on a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, addiction, relationships, lonelienss and grief within the Community, Voluntary Sector and Private Practice.
Specialism Autism - ADHD, young people and adults with additional needs. I have personal and professional experience working with Neurodivergent clients. I fully understand the many challenges individuals face personally, socially and academically every day of their lives. Experience gained enables me to offer parental support and guidance as well
My aim is to provide emotional support to people who are generally feeling unhappy with their lives, by helping them to address, identify and work through their issues.
