I am a member of the NCPS and work on a one-to-one basis with adults or as part of couples counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
I use different tailored approaches i.e. talking therapy, CBT and psychotherapy to meet individual client's needs.
I specialise in marriage/relationship counselling. Together we will explore issues in your relationship, work on better communication, improve interactions, resolve conflicts and find ways to strengthen your connection with one another.
