I am a fully qualified, Level 5 Integrative Psychotherapist. I specialize in all types of addictions and mental health. Specifically I work with sexual compulsivity disorder / sex and porn addiction.
Having worked within the criminal justice sector for many years as a Psychotherapist, and group therapist, I have a wealth of experience which sits within a variety of support needs.
The most important aspect of our work together, will be our therapeutic relationship and the work we do, will be guided and led by you. We will work together, to find your ability to move through, process and understand what is you seek therapy for.
I work in person or online, short term or long term, depending on your need. As an integrative therapist, drawing from a variety of theoretical approaches, I will interact with you, ask questions, guide, explore, and with you, we will gain the clarity and support you need. I can also offer psycho-education where required, signpost and make onward referrals.
