About
Starting therapy can feel scary, but so can facing things alone. If you are looking for some space to work things through, therapy can help. My name is Brigitte, but my clients know me as Bee and I am a counsellor working in the Rutland area. You may have come here to start looking at what counselling might look like, you may have something on your mind, or you may feel a need to spend some concentrated time working on just you in a safe and non-judgemental space where you can truly focus on your thoughts and feelings. Whichever it may be counselling can be of help to you.
As a Person-Centred Counsellor I work with the belief that we all can reach our full potential, but I know that life can throw up some barriers which sometimes make it difficult to become the best version of you. In our sessions it is the collaborative alliance which will allow us to explore ways to manage any challenge and make sense of your experiences.
Why choose therapy? Life is a journey and it's an all-inclusive deal; there'll be good bits but there will be challenges and how you face such challenges will influence how you are coping with the day to day. Here is where therapy can be most effective and can help navigate a way through difficult feelings.
