For a long time I felt like everyone else had got everything figured out and I must just be different then I discovered that everyone having it all figured out is a myth! All of us struggle and can benefit from help and support. I can provide that help by offering you the time and space to think, to talk, and to be listened to free of judgement. We can work together to find relief from life's challenges, pain and difficulties.
I am a qualified person centred counsellor for people aged 16 plus. I have supported clients with a range of issues. Including; anxiety, depression, grief, loss and bereavement, relationship problems, parenting pressures, work stress, bullying, health issues/anxiety , challenging family dynamics, low self- esteem, adverse childhood experiences, past trauma.
