As a counsellor, I am particularly drawn to supporting those who have experienced trauma. Through working as a mental health support worker, I have provided trauma-informed care to vulnerable young people, Which has strengthened my desire to provide a space of safety and Compassion to those experiencing trauma.
During my education and career, I have had the privilege to work with people of all ages, with various challenges such as anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress, bereavement, self image, relationship difficulties ect.
