As a person-centred counsellor and qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, I provide a warm, confidential space to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I specialise in grief and bereavement and also support anxiety, stress and life changes. Sessions are available in Hornchurch, Barkingside, online and by telephone, at daytime, eve and weekend.
I specialise in loss, grief and bereavement. Whether your loss was recent or many years ago, you don’t have to carry it alone. Together, we can gently explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe, supportive space. Loss can include a loved one, pet, relationship, friendship, job, home or changes to your health. Healing starts with being heard.
