I offer both couples counselling and individual counselling and as an integrative therapist I draw on different therapeutic approaches and tailor them to you, because no two people's needs, past experiences or hopes are the same. I see therapy as a collaborative process where we can work together, focusing on what feels most important to you. I have experience supporting a wide range of challenges including trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship issues or just not feeling like yourself.
Relationships can bring us connection, joy and love but they can also bring pain, misunderstanding and frustration. Couples counselling provides a supportive, neutral space for both partners to express themselves openly, explore patterns of communication and reconnect with each other. We look at navigating conflict and rebuilding trust and intimacy.
