I am a fully qualified Counsellor and accredited member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I offer face to face, online or outdoor sessions and am experienced in working both short and long term. I'm down to earth and aim to create a relaxed, safe and confidential environment in which you feel able to be yourself and talk freely. You might be struggling with anxiety, feeling uncertain about your life choices or having relationship difficulties. Whatever you want to talk about, counselling can help to build greater self-awareness and in turn more clarity and choice in how you move forward.
I am experienced in working with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, panic, depression, stress, low self esteem, loss and grief, lack of confidence, coping with or creating change, relationship difficulties and more. We'll work collaboratively on what you want to get out of your sessions and I can tailor my approach to suit your unique needs.
