I am a BACP accredited counsellor. I am based in East Sussex and also offer online therapy nationwide. I work primarily with adults and young people (over 16). I have 10 years experience working with a wide range of issues.
I specialise in supporting people experiencing anxiety, stress and emotional burnout, dissatisfaction with life, relationship issues, break ups and navigating major life changes.
I offer counselling in person from a beautiful shepherds hut, or online via zoom. If you prefer to be outside, I also offer walk and talk sessions all year round in the Ashdown Forest.
I welcome clients from all backgrounds and identities, and I am committed to providing a safe, respectful and affirming space where you can be yourself,
