Being a later in life diagnosed Autistic/ADHD counsellor, I offer genuine empathy & understanding if you're overwhelmed, feel isolated or struggling with life - I've been there too. Are you feeling misunderstood, lost or stuck? Burntout? Like you don't fit in & nobody really "gets you?" Are you struggling with emotional dysregulation, having relationship difficulties, or debilitated by PMDD or Menopause? Maybe overwhelmed by diagnosis thoughts or recently diagnosed & left thinking "now what?" During our sessions, change is absolutely possible. I have experience of Autism & ADHD from both sides of the fence: professional & personal.
Together, we will work at your pace, whether you seek compassionate support individually or as a couple/family in relationship counselling. I'll always be fully present, listening deeply to both the spoken words & the unspoken emotions, offering an empathic, accepting & non-judgemental space, where you'll gain deep, meaningful self-understanding and clarity.
