I offer a person-centred approach as I offer face to face, remote and telephone sessions. I also offer a free 20-minute telephone consultation, giving you an opportunity to ask questions and decide if you feel comfortable working with me. There is no obligation to book further sessions after the consultation.
I also have completed safeguarding, Safe talk suicide prevention training, Loving me Trans+ inclusive practice training courses. I have worked with my clients to detangle and work through their issues, to help them reconnect with themselves and feel empowered.
