Hi I’m Charlotte, a Counsellor working creatively with Psychotherapy in Stroud, online & limited in person. I have been working therapeutically for over 11 years with adults and young people. I include creative methods for opportunity for exploration but can also stick to the simple talking style. I support my clients with compassionate conversation, mental health tools and emotional regulation skills to process the physical/emotional pain, restoring self-esteem.

I have particular experience working with women with issues such as relationship issues, chronic illness, PMDD, PCOS and Endometriosis, life transitions, ADHD & Autism, pregnancy pre and postpartum, infertility, pregnancy loss, abortion, self-harm, body image, self-esteem, depression, stress/anxiety and health anxiety.

I offer a free phone call before getting started to get to know each other and to share how I work. Finding someone you feel comfortable with is vital for the work to be successful. I work as a long term counsellor.
