I am a level 7 Psychotherapist and also specialise in Counselling children and teens. I offer emotion-focused and person centred therapy. Clients of all ages find me very easy to talk to. I help you explore your difficulties, deepen your self - understanding and reduce your distress. Whatever your age, I will work quickly to find solutions with you. I have a significant amount of experience in alleviating distress, including anxiety, depression and low self esteem, through work in private practice and GP surgeries within the NHS. I am also experienced in working with neurodiverse clients of all ages. Therapy really does work!
I use Psychotherapy with adults and talking/creative and playful emotional exploration activities with youngsters. Whatever your age, you will find me warm and easy to talk to.
