About
Do you feel you want to change something in your life? Or perhaps you just need to explore your thoughts and feelings in a confidential, non-judgemental space? Do you feel disconnected or distant in your relationships? Or perhaps you have been affected by an external factor that you’re having difficulty coming to terms with? Therapy will offer you the opportunity to re-establish some balance in your world by helping you make sense of things or understand them better. Engaging in therapy, gives you the opportunity to find some inner peace with yourself and work towards being a better and happier version of yourself.
As an Integrative therapist, I adapt my approach with each unique client or couple depending on their needs. I offer a non-judgemental, safe space where one can truly be themselves and explore the causes of their imbalance. I aim to facilitate growth and personal development by encouraging self-awareness which can be enabling and very powerful.
It is natural to have some reservations, hesitations or even anxiety, if you are thinking about accessing therapy and maybe you have been struggling for a while. If you would like to have an informal, no obligaton, but confidential chat about whether this is right for you, please get in touch and I will be happy to be of assistance.
