Welcome to my Counselling & Psychotherapy Service in Bristol and Cheltenham. I am an experienced and fully accredited UKCP Psychotherapist (MA Dip, Hip) and Couples Counsellor. I see clients with a range of issues on both a long term and short-term basis. This includes: Anxiety, Depression, Low Self-Esteem, Work Related Stress and Relationship difficulties too early childhood trauma. Also as a Qualified Social Worker I have many years practice of supporting client's through adverse experiences in their lives.
There are times in our lives when we need someone to talk to about out difficulties outside our immediate family. Psychotherapy will offer you the opportunity to explore your concerns within a safe and confidential space. By working together, client’s feel they are not alone & gain a better understanding of their difficulties to move forwards in their lives.
